The Wellington is a modern townhouse designed for an uphill sloping lot. At the street level is the basement-level garage with direct access to the mud hall. From the driveway a set of stairs leads to the covered porch which opens to the split-level entry. Down will bring you to the mud hall and attached garage, up will lead to the main living area. At the top of the stairs the floor plan opens to the great room where living, dining, and kitchen spaces are all open to each other. A sliding glass door along the back wall of the living room opens the space up to the outdoors and the covered patio on warm summer days. An island with an eating bar helps to provide some visual separation from the dining room.
Off the dining room a short hallway leads past a powder bath and the laundry room ending at the owners' suite. Well separated from the other bedrooms the owners' suite features a private bath with dual vanities and walk-in shower plus a walk-in closet.
Back at the stairs that lead up from the entry, another set continues to climb up to the third floor. A loft overlooks the stairs and provides access to the two vaulted bedrooms and a full bathroom.
