Each plan set is drawn at 1/4"=1' scale and includes the following drawings:
Artist's Rendering: An artist's drawing of the home, usually viewed from the front, and general construction notes.
Elevations: Shows the front, sides, and rear, including exterior materials, trim sizes, roof pitches, etc.
Main Floor Plan: Shows placement and dimensions of walls, doors, & windows. Includes the location of appliances, plumbing fixtures, beams, ceiling heights, etc.
Second Floor Plan (if any): Shows the second floor in the same detail as the main floor. Includes second floor framing and details.
Foundation Plan: Shows the location of all concrete footings, floor beams, first floor framing, and foundation details. If there is a basement, a basement plan is included which shows all basement details.
Floor Framing Plan (if any): Shows location and spacing of floor joists and supporting walls or beams.
Roof Framing Plan: Shows roof outlines, conventional framing/trusses, beams, roof framing details, etc.
Section & Details: Shows a cross-section of the home. Shows support members, exterior and interior materials, insulation, and foundation. Specific details such as fireplaces, stairways, decks, etc. are drawn at 1/2" = 1' scale, and appear as needed throughout the prints.
Electrical Plan: A schematic layout of all lighting, switches and electrical outlets.
With its lap siding, shake texture siding, and composition shingles, Little Creek is a charming, Craftsman home plan. Its accent trim and raised arched windows allow the home added sophistication, inviting a second look. The covered porch, elegantly framed with columns, provides protection from any kind of weather. A stone veneer wainscot with raised stone cap adorns the front facade.
Little Creek’s interior is just as beautiful as its exterior.
The entry, complete with a coat closet, opens up to the stunning Great Room. This high-ceiling area contains a fireplace, ensuring the home's dwellers will feel comfortable even on the coldest of nights. This area is ideal for entertainment purposes. The Great Room opens out to the covered, vaulted patio. The patio acts as an expansion of the Great Room, providing another space for gatherings.
To the left of the home, you will find the impressive, vaulted Owner’s Suite. This bright, lofty area is private and spacious, boasting luxurious amenities, including a bathroom with a deep tub and a walk in shower. The suite, also, features an enviable walk-in closet along with private patio access.
Little Creek’s airy Guest Suite also has a private bathroom and walk-in closet.
The bright kitchen is to the right of the home. The kitchen has many features of note, such as built-in appliances, an island with a flushed eating bar, a deep pantry, and aberrant counter space. Nearby, is the dining room and utility hall. The utility hall has a half bath, coat hooks positioned above a built in bench, lockers, and laundry appliances. The utility room serves as a mud hall between the home and the attached three car garage complete with workshop.
On the right of the home, there is another bedroom, a den, and a bathroom, rounding out the Little Creek as a three bedroom house plan. The den can also be furnished as a home office, media room, hobby room, or whatever else fits the homeowners’ lifestyle.
