*Plans are drafted to meet average conditions and building codes in Nebraska, Ohio, and Texas at the time they are designed (contact us for more information). Because codes and requirements can change and may vary from jurisdiction to jurisdiction, the designers cannot warrant compliance with any specific code or regulation. All plans can be adapted to your local building codes and requirements. It is the responsibility of the purchaser and/or builder of each plan to see that the structure is built in strict compliance with all governing municipal codes (city, county, state, and federal).

A trio of textures blend together creating a charming exterior to the farmhouse plan, Cedar Creek. This narrow lot home plan is a mere 44 feet wide allowing it to fit on small urban lots. However this house plan is just as well suited for roomy rural property.
Tapered columns with stone bases frame the front covered porch. This space is ideal for a porch swing or other outdoor furniture. Steeping through the front door the entry hall is cozy, yet roomy enough to offer space on the right for a bench if desired.
To the left of the entry hall, a set of French doors opens to this home’s first main floor suite. Complete with step-in closet and direct access to the full bathroom that is shared with the living area on the first floor.
Continuing down the entry hall way an opening to the right leads to the mud hall. A coat closet and drop zone provide convieneint places to store purses, shoes, electronics and coats for those who enter from the attached two car garage. At the end of the mud hall is the laundry room.
At the end of the entry hall, a pocket door slides to reveal a pocket office. If a home office is not needed, this space could also be furnished as study nook.
The back of the floor plan opens up to the great room. Living room, dining room and kitchen are seamless which is ideal for those who enjoy casual living and informal entertaining. In the corner of the living room is a corner fireplace that can be enjoyed throughout the great room. The kitchen is filled with modern appliances and boasts a corner, walk-in pantry plus a center island. The dining room has a sliding glass door that opens up to the optional covered deck.
Off the great room, a cased opening leads to a short hall and the owners’ suite. Decorated with a tray ceiling this owners’ suite boasts a private bathroom with twin sinks and walk-in shower plus a large walk-in closet.
This two story house plan features two additional bedrooms on the upper level. Along with a computer loft and full bathroom there is an optional bonus room that extends out over the garage.
