Stepping inside the entry is spacious with room for a bench and coat rack if desired. Right off the entry, a pocket door opens to reveal a pocket office. For those who do not work from home this space would also make a great homework or computer nook.
The back of the entry hall opens to the great room. Living room, dining room, and kitchen are all open to one another. This casual and informal gathering area allows conversations to flow freely throughout the space. The living room features a fireplace that can also be enjoyed from the kitchen. The dining room is along the back of the great room and with the sliding glass door, opens up the room to the backyard. An island in the kitchen provides some visual separation.
An opening off the great room leads to the owners’ suite. Decorated with 10’ ceilings the owners’ suite boasts a private bathroom with walk-in shower and dual vanities. At the back of the owners’ suite bathroom is the large walk-in closet.
Back in the great room a pocket door on the right opens to the mud hall. A drop zone provides storage for electronics and a coat closet manages layers and shoes. Off the mud hall is the laundry room plus access to the Cabot Farm’s attached 2 car garage.
The left side of the floor plan is filled with the secondary bedrooms and a full bathroom. Each of the bedrooms has a walk-in closet. If three bedrooms are not needed the bedroom at the back of the home can be converted to a study with access added right off the dining room if desired.
