*Plans are drafted to meet average conditions and building codes in Nebraska, Ohio, and Texas at the time they are designed (contact us for more information). Because codes and requirements can change and may vary from jurisdiction to jurisdiction, the designers cannot warrant compliance with any specific code or regulation. All plans can be adapted to your local building codes and requirements. It is the responsibility of the purchaser and/or builder of each plan to see that the structure is built in strict compliance with all governing municipal codes (city, county, state, and federal).

Classic combination of lap siding, stone wainscot and window shutters grace the front of the Crandell, a one story Craftsman house plan. This charming design is sure to fit right in to most neighborhoods.
A covered porch makes a wonderful place for a porch swing to watch the world pass by. Stepping inside the entry brings you right into great room. To the right a set of stairs leads to the basement foundation.
The spacious great room has the family room, dining room and kitchen as one seamless space. This ideal arrangement allows for conversations to flow between each room so that no one is left out. The dining room provides access to the back yard through a sliding glass door which also adds natural light to the great room. The kitchen is filled with modern appliances, ample counter space and cabinet storage. An island is the only separation between the kitchen and the living room. The island adds extra work space plus an eating bar, ideal for serving up quick weekday meals or for supervising homework.
A cased opening off the kitchen brings you to the mud hall. A coat closet and drop zone are here boosting organization and providing a place to keep electronics charging nearby but not clutter up other counters. Off the mud hall is the laundry room with built-in washer and dryer plus access to the attached 2 car garage.
This floor plan is ideally laid out with the master suite on the opposite sides of the home from the other two bedrooms. The master suite is accessed off the dining room and has a private bathroom with tub, separate shower and a large walk-in closet.
The additional two bedrooms in this three bedroom house plan are on the right side and accessed through a cased opening off the family room. These bedrooms share a full bathroom with a combination tub and shower.
This home plan is sure to be an ideal design for homeowners’ and builders alike.
