The Big Horn was designed with a cost-effective footprint in mind while allowing the living area a very large and comfortable living environment. A vaulted ceiling greets the visitor upon arrival when entering the great room and the large expansive window designs allow the views of the natural world to immediately enter the living area. A very open and convenient country kitchen with a large island centrally located into the family center design with adjacent dining area allows for the family to be completely immersed into creating lifelong memories. Additionally, the owner may choose to simply lease the unit for extra income or even for the stay home college student that needs some space. We have even witnessed folks building this home as a starter and adding another larger residence later, allowing this unit to become a guest quarter or studio/office. Many applications of residing within may be connected to this very cost-effective and efficient home.
