Patricia Carvajal, a talented designer-owner hailing from Cordoba, Argentina, has been making waves in the design world for over 20 years. She knew from a young age that she had a passion for designing spaces that went beyond simply creating aesthetically pleasing areas. With her National Council of Building Design Certification under her belt, she quickly joined forces with Silvestre Engineering & Design and spearheaded all of their residential projects.

After four years, Patricia took the leap and opened up her own company, The Design Studio, LLC/Design Winter Park. Her uncanny ability to create innovative spaces that not only met but exceeded her clients' expectations soon gained national recognition. The ARDA, in particular, lauded several of her projects with accolades.

One of the things that sets Patricia apart from other designers is her exceptional style and exquisite taste. Her ability to breathe new life into both living and workspaces while capturing her clients' unique personalities and needs has garnered her much acclaim. Her latest triumph is the Sunrise Center JP, located in Saint Cloud, Florida, a shopping center that reimagines the retail experience by fusing art and architecture into one incredible building.
