The Gillian is a modern farmhouse ranch house plan from The House Plan Company. Board-and-batten siding, stacked stone base, wood shutter accents, metal roofing details, and a chimney give the exterior a clean, grounded presence. The main floor is 1,850 square feet. The primary suite sits on its own side of the plan — walk-in closet, private en suite, and direct access to a private deck. The great room connects to a kitchen with pantry, a dining area, and a covered deck beyond, creating a straightforward flow from inside to out. Two additional bedrooms and a full bathroom occupy the front of the plan, set apart from the primary wing. A mudroom and dedicated laundry room sit between the 3-car garage and the main living area, keeping daily traffic contained. The front porch entry is covered and proportioned to the scale of the home. The optional lower level adds 1,068 finished square feet — a 30-foot rec room, a dedicated exercise room, a fourth bedroom with full bathroom, a future bedroom, and unfinished storage. A covered patio at the lower level extends outdoor living to the back of the site.

What's Included in a Plan Set?
Cover Page: An elevation of the home, usually viewed from the front, and general notes and abbreviations.
Elevations: Shows the front, sides, and rear, including exterior materials, trim sizes, roof pitches, etc.
Lower Floor Plan (where applicable): Shows placement and dimensions of walls, doors, & windows. Includes the location of appliances, plumbing fixtures, beams, ceiling heights, etc.
Main Floor Plan: Shows the main floor in the same detail as lower floor plan.
Second Floor Plan (if any): Shows the second floor in the same detail as the main floor. Includes second floor framing and details.
